Caity Reilly is a writer, educator, somatic practitioner and bodywork. She is also a sex educator and intimacy coach who works with individuals and couples across the gender and sexuality spectrum. In her counseling work and educational spaces she invites clients and students to explore how their sex lives and relationships are mirrors for their inner experiences and how they can be gateways to deeper awakening and love.
Caity’s bodywork and hands on healing work focuses on women’s reproductive health, preparing for and healing from birth, resolving from sexual trauma and empowering clients to inhabit themselves more fully. Caity practices somatic relational bodywork and combines this practice with Holistic Pelvic Care, a model of pelvic floor bodywork developed by Tami Kent.
At the end of the day Caity is a devotee to what makes us human and loves supporting people to come home to a deeper connection with all of life.
Caity has a private somatic counseling practice online and sees clients regularly in San Francisco and the Bay Area. She has taught throughout the US and internationally in small-group settings to large festivals. When she’s not working you’ll find her soaking in a hot spring, hiking in the redwoods or geeking out about the psychedelic experience of having a human body.
